How much do your cakes cost?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy & complexity of your design. We often run cake specials and holiday promotions. For custom cakes, we have a $75 minimum.
Your cakes LOOK good, but do they taste good too?
So glad you asked! YES! Our cakes are made using high quality ingredients including real butter, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. We are constantly testing and trying new flavor combinations to ensure innovation and originality!
Do you sell sheet cakes, or “basic” simple cakes?
Sheet cakes are offered with a custom cake order. We work closely with you to make sure each “show stopping” cake is unique and reflects the personality and sense of style that you choose. We create custom “centerpiece” cakes. Sheet cakes can be used for additional servings (cut in the kitchen) and served to your guests!
We have custom promotions quite frequently that are advertised on our Instagram and Facebook pages! OR, you can join our newsletter for updates !
Do you make vegan cakes?
Yes, we offer a small range of vegan cakes, and we are working on creating additional gluten-free flavors. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer sugar free deserts simply because we have not found recipes that we think are as amazing as our regular cakes. Sorry, but maybe some time in the future.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver locally within 20 miles of Plainfield, IL (and surrounding areas within Chicagoland).

Do you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately, we do NOT ship cakes. We wish we could, but by the time it makes it to your doorstep, it would be completely smushed. We do however, ship our brownie, cookie, and rice krispie treat slabs here
Do you have a retail location?
We have a Cake Suite!! This is where we can meet you for your orders completely free of charge, and also where we can grab anything special for your cake order, like custom cake toppers, candles, etc. !We do not have any pre-made baked goods on hand here. We do however, have Pop-Up shops at local malls, and events. This is the best way to try a variety of our sweets!
Tastings & Ordering
Do you offer cake tastings, and what do they entail?
We do not offer cake tastings but you are able to order 1 dozen cupcakes (1 flavor per dozen) to send home for your friends & family to help you decide on if that flavor is right for you and your event .
How can I order a cake, cupcakes or cookies?
There are 2 ways to order! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here via our website contact inquiry page! Either way, we’ll need ALL of the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, and any ideas or pictures you have for inspiration.)
How long will you take to get back to me?
We will review your submission and get back to you within 1-2 business days (some times even sooner!).
How early should I place my order?
A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of
servings, etc.). Since we are usually booked a few weeks in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we’re be happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.)
Trust us, we are IN BUSINESS to help serve as many customers as humanly possible. HOWEVER,
1. We ARE HUMANS, and there are only so many hours in the day.
2. We specialize in over-the-top EDIBLE ART! So generally speaking, people who book with us are usually planning parties/events well ahead of time! (NOT at the last minute) We love you, and would be HONORED to create a cake for you. But don’t be mad at us if you wait until the last minute, or want a “SIMPLE CAKE”, because we’re booked.
We take all the orders we can fit in.
Deposits, Bookings & Cancellations
Is a deposit required when placing an order?
Yes. We require a deposit to book your order. If your balance is not paid IN FULL one week prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk your cake order not being baked!
WHY is it non-refundable?
Because we purchase custom supplies, toppers and ingredients at the time of your booking to ensure it arrives on time. This is absolutely necessary to ensure we create the design that YOU want.
After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we will send you over an invoice which will have your payment due date listed on it as well. This allows a few different payment options for your convenience.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, cash, ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle QuickPay, and even CashApp. For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience, we can email you an invoice for you to pay online.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the cake order.
We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still non-refundable.
*Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/email.
2. If a cancellation is received, if your cake supplies has already been ordered/started your deposit will not be refundable.
